CNY Family Nurse Practitioner is a group of Nurse Practitioners (NP’s) working together with other staff members to provide Central New York with the best family health care available. The healthy patients look for us to maintain their health via routine check-ups and minor prescription refills. The “sick” patient problems are either chronic (long-term) or acute (short-term). These patients look for us to help by either managing their problems, such as those who suffer from diabetes or hypertension, or by fixing them, as we routinely do, for people who suffer from various injuries and / or infections. Although some of the people we treat require further consultation elsewhere, a large majority benefit from a simple office visit with routine follow-ups.
